• Your instrument preferences and skill level
• Learning platform preferences
• Phone number (only if you provide it for SMS updates)
• Whether the extension is installed

Extension usage

The Chrome extension does not track your browsing activity. It only stores your loop preferences (start/end times, playback speed) locally and syncs them to your account when you’re signed in.

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve Sonora Looper
• Sync your saved loops across devices
• Personalize your experience based on instrument and skill level
• Send product updates you opted into (SMS and/or email)
• Respond to support requests
• Analyze aggregate usage to prioritize improvements

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption with Supabase as our backend. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Loop data (start/end times, playback speeds) is stored with your account and can be accessed from any device where you’re signed in.

Sonora Looper uses the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: for secure authentication
• Supabase: for database and authentication
• HubSpot: for CRM and email list management

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Sonora Looper is a browser extension that enhances your video viewing experience. Important points:

• We do not access your Instagram or YouTube login credentials
• We do not collect or store video content
• We only store your loop preferences (timestamps and playback speeds)
• We do not track which specific videos you watch
• The extension only activates on supported video sites

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your saved loops
• Opt out of email and SMS communications
• Delete your account at any time
